If you want to loose muscle mass, the best way to do it is by increasing your cardio workouts that are weight bearing, like running.
There are no specific foods that will help you loose just muscles….
Run. (not sprint) Your leg muscles get stronger, but smaller when you run often. It’s also a good method of burning off some calories
